Ian Stuart Sancerre Wedding Dress size 8-10 +

This is an Ian Stuart Sancerre dress in honey and metallic lace. Beautiful vintage style. The dress has been worn once (obviously!) and has been professionally cleaned. It is a size 10 but would fit size 8-10 and would fit 5ft 3”-5ft 6” in heels. Includes a sheer veil in matching honey colour, with sparkling diamantes and a wrap also in French lace which has not been used, but would be lovely for church or in the evening. Fabric is taffeta metal and beaded French lace, with a strapless bodice embellished across the neckline with beaded French lace. Ruching down the bodice leads into a tulle insert and the front of the skirt is decorated with flowers, a bow and tails. The lace layers at the bottom give the dress a beautiful shape and there is a zip with little buttons which holds you in at the back. The dress also has built in fitted bra cups, so no need for extra underwear. The dress has been carefully stored and comes in the original Ian Stuart zip carrier. We got married last year and it seems such a shame that the dress has been hanging in a spare room when it could be worn and loved by someone as much as I enjoyed wearing it. In total it was probably worn for less than 10 hours, so although it’s preloved, it’s in excellent condition compared to say a sample dress from a bridal shop. It is also super flattering, as it pulls you in and gives you a teeny waist and the ruching is really comfortable. I fell in love with this dress when I tried it on and any other dress I tried on afterwards just didn’t cut it. Ian Stuart dresses are stunning.
